Responsibilities

1. Product Knowledge: Fully grasp the products supplied by the company (e.g., product name, usage, ingredients, etc.).
2. Customer Management: Acquire new customers and follow up with existing customers; provide product consultation/advice.
3. Sales & Negotiation: Quote prices, negotiate, agree on purchases and payment methods, and close deals with customers.
4. Market Research: Research the market, competitors, and customer needs.
5. Market Development: Propose ideas for market development, and travel for business trips to expand the market.

Requirements

1. Gender/Age: Male/Female, 22-35 years old.
2. Education: High school diploma or higher.
3. Skills: Good communication skills, dynamic, persuasive, and strong negotiation skills with customers.
4. Experience:
5. Minimum 1 year of experience.
6. Experience in the Pet Food sector is required.
7. Currently owning or loving pets is a strong advantage.
8. Priority: Candidates living close to the Company.

Benefits

1. Income: Fixed salary of $9,000,000 \text{ VND} + \text{Business Trip Allowance} + \text{Commission} + \text{Bonus}$. Average monthly income ranges from $15 - 30$ million VND.
2. Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Sunday off).
3. Work Tools: The company provides full working facilities: phone, SIM card, stationery, and other materials related to the job's specifics.
4. Business Trip Costs: The company covers all expenses for accommodation and travel for provincial business trips, plus a per diem/allowance of up to $300,000 \text{ VND/day}$.
5. Well-being: Annual company trip, periodic health check-ups.
